SUPERVISI MANAJERIAL DAN AKADEMIK

a.                  Apa yang dimaksud dengan pengawasan/supervisi?

Pengawasan  adalah kegiatan kepengawasan sekolah dalam menyusun program pengawasan ,melaksanakan program pengawasan,evaluasi hasil pembimbingan Dan pelatihan professional guru . “Supervisi adalah usaha dari petugas-petugas sekolah dalam upaya memimpin guru-guru dan petugas  lainnya, dalam memperbaiki pengajaran, termasuk menstimulir, seleksi, pertumbuhan jabatan, pengembangan guru, dan memperbaiki tujuan-tujuan pendidikan, bahan-bahan pengajaran, metode dan evaluasi pengajaran”.

b.                 Sebutkan beberapa pendapat pakar tentang tugas pengawas sekolah dalam bidang pengawasan akademik dan pengawasan manajerial.

Tugas pokok pengawas sekolah dalam bidang pengawasan akademik dan manajerial pada satuan pendidikan yg meliputi penyusunan program pengawasan,melaksanakan pembinaan ,pemantauan pelaksanaan standar nasional pendidikan,penilaian pembimbingan dan pelatihan profisional guru,evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan program pengawasan dan pelaksanaan tugas pengawasan di daerah khusus

c.                  Tuliskan perbedaan pengawasan akademik dan pengawasan manajerial

pengawasan akademik sebagai berikut: (1)         mengidentifikasi pencapaian SNP sekolah binaan yang mencakup SKL, SI, Standar Proses dan Standar Penilaian; (2)          menyusun rencana pengawasan akademik (RPA) pemantauan; (3)          menyusun perangkat dan instrumen pemantauan; (4)          melaksanakan pemantauan; (5)          menganalisis data hasil pemantauan; (6)          menyusun laporan hasil pemantauan (menyatu dengan hasil pemantauan pelaksanaan SNP dalam pengawasan manajerial); (7)          melaksanakan evaluasi hasil  pemantaun SNP; dan (8)          menyusun laporan evaluasi hasil pemantauan SNP Pengawasan Manajerial :di tuntut untuk memantau yang berkaitan dengan standar Isi,SKL,dan standar proses,Standar,standar sarana prasarana ,Standar pengelola,Standar pembiayaan ,dan Standar penilaian

d.                 Bagaimana peran pengawasan dalam pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional

Pengawas sekolah memiliki peran menjamin terwujudnya tujuan pendidikan nasional  melalui penjaminan mutu pembelajaran dalam bidang pengawasan akademik dan penjaminan efektifitas pengelolaan pendidikan dalam bidang pengawasan manajerial seperti yang telah diuraikan di atas.
